The Council meets on Fridays at 9:30 a.m. These meetings, and those of Council committees, are open to the public. Schedules are also published weekly in the Minneapolis Star Tribune, Finance and Commerce, and the Minneapolis Labor Review.

*A council cycle is the two-week period preceeding a regularly scheduled City Council meeting. During this period most of the Council Standing Committees meet at least once in regular session.
