The National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) Our Town grant program guidelines have been announced. NEA Our Town Place-Based Projects require two primary partners; a nonprofit organization and a local government entity. Each local government -- whether applying as the lead applicant or as the primary partner with a nonprofit organization -- is limited to two (2) applications. To be considered as a partner with the City of Minneapolis for an Our Town application submit a proposal to the City of Minneapolis by July 10, 2018. Creative City Challenge
A creative placemaking commission competition highlighting temporary urbanism on the plaza of the Minneapolis Convention Center. The Creative City Challenge challenges the creative community to design an interactive portal that activates the plaza and engages the community for six (6) months.
