Minneapolis Civilian Police Review Authority Mission Statement
The Minneapolis Civilian Police Review Authority Board are citizens of Minneapolis appointed by the Minneapolis City Council and Mayor to fairly, objectively and independently consider complaints of misconduct by members of the Minneapolis Police Department, and to issue recommendations based on investigation findings and evidence to promote the adherence to the highest standard of police conduct and to foster mutual respect between the Minneapolis Police Department and all the populations of the city of Minneapolis.
