Project Timeline

The Bryant Ave S project is currently programmed to begin construction in 2023; however, as a part of the upcoming Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) cycle, Public Works will recommend moving the project forward in the CIP so the reconstruction can begin in 2022. The conceptual design phase of the project, including stakeholder engagement, will begin in early 2020.

Existing Conditions

In 2018, Public Works completed a study that documents existing conditions, planning guidance, issues, and opportunities along Bryant Ave S in advance of the planned reconstruction project. See the Bryant Ave S Existing Conditions Study (PDF).

Data in the document will be reviewed, updated, and augmented as the conceptual design phase of the project begins.
