East Minnehaha Parkway Resurfacing
This is a Parkway Paving project. The existing asphalt roadway surface will be profiled and new asphalt will be placed on the roadway. Seven inches of existing pavement will be milled (removed) and replaced. The existing roadbed is native soils, so the initial work days will alternate milling and asphalt placement. This will be done to protect the roadbed from the elements, which may cause damage. When this is complete, additional layers of asphalt will be placed and the manholes will be raised to the correct elevation. Ped ramps will be replaced to meet ADA standards
