15th Ave S & 4th St S Reconstruction
The project consists of full reconstruction of the streets. This consists of full removal of existing street surface, subgrade correction, aggregate base, paving, curb and gutter, signage and drive entrance reconstruction. Sidewalks, streetscape elements, and utility work will be completed as needed.
15th Ave S between 6th St S and 4th St S from 15th Ave S to Cedar Ave.

Currently planned for the 2014 construction season.

The project is anticipated to be completed in one construction season.
Traffic impact is unknown at this time. Short term disruptions and closures during construction should be expected.
The City of Minneapolis Department of Public Works will be holding an informational meeting to present the City preferred project layout. The meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, January 8th , 2013, at the Brian Coyle Center. A short presentation will start at 5:30PM followed by an open forum for questions.

This layout is based on the input provided by multiple stakeholders during the previous six months and review by City staff and the CM Offices. The project is currently in the preliminary design phase; upon completing the layout, the project will move into the design phase. This meeting will also provide information regarding the general project scope and the basic project layout. If you have comments/questions/access concerns please contact the project engineer.
