Telecommunications Network, Minneapolis (MTN)
To provide and develop cable services that will be in the public interest. Promotes the use of cable communication systems for community and public access in the City; addresses the information and cultural needs of residents, businesses, non-profit organizations and governmental bodies; regulates, controls and manages dedicated public channels; makes recommendations on other franchise issues.
2nd Monday of the month at 6:00 PM in the MTN administrative conference room. The meetings are open to the public and public comments are solicited at the beginning of each meeting.
Nine members appointed by the City Council and Mayor; Three ex-officio members representing the City of Minneapolis, Comcast Cable and the Minneapolis Public Schools
