Appointment Process |
The Mayor, with Council approval, appoints the Chairperson plus four other members. (One of the Mayor's appointments must be a resident of public housing managed by the MPHA and classified as high-rise housing.) The Council appoints four members, subject to the Mayor's veto. (One of the Council appointments must be a resident of public housing managed by the MPHA and classified as family non high-rise housing.) All appointments are made using the Citys open appointment process |
