Bicycle boulevards are some of the many bicycle improvements under construction in 2010. Minneapolis on-street bikeway mileage will nearly double with an additional 35 miles of bike lanes, sharrows, and bicycle boulevards. Public bike sharing launches in May. 1,000 bikes will be available at 75 locations in Downtown, Uptown, and the University of Minnesota.
