Sabo Bridge Closure

The Sabo Bridge will close to bicycle and pedestrian traffic beginning at 7:00 a.m. on Sunday, August 19. The closure is expected to last one week and is needed to install a retrofitted diaphragm plate on the bridge. Bicycle and pedestrian traffic will be detoured to the intersection of East 28th Street and Hiawatha Avenue. More information about the Sabo Bridge repairs can be found here.

This closure is in addition to the sand sealing and maintenance work occurring on the Midtown Greenway. More information on that project can be found here.
